Customer service was impeccable. Price point was good too. Remalin was so patient and answered all my questions. I was going to custom build and complete spec out my caravan to the nines. I mentioned I wanted to see the caravan show in Brisbane first and I ended up finding a caravan I loved and couldn't go past. However, given the customer service and all the research I did for 2 weeks on Facebook and feeling so set on going through Fivestar Aussie - I don't think you can go wrong. The aftercare and feedback I read from others and I messaged other caravan owners and they seem to be happy campers. I hope I haven't made the wrong decision but they will likely have my business in future.

We had a good experience with Remalin & MOHAN. The customer build with extra step ,hand rail, battery upgrade to lithium, inverter, , full gas oven, 3 way fridge, just what we wanted, thanks guys.
